Gail Hill Williams – Ms. Williams has over 20 years of successful inside and outside sales experience with Fortune 500 Companies such as Scholastic (formerly Grolier Telemarketing), Xerox Corporation, Meta Group, IKON Office Solutions-Technology Services, and Sprint Business. Ms Williams is well known in her given field for being a Sales and Marketing “guru” because of her ability to develop simple and complex Marketing and Sales strategies by taking a “logical” approach. In addition, Ms. Williams has had several years as an effective Sales Trainer and Sales Manager for Sprint Business. Most recently Ms. Williams was the Program Manager of Global Sales Education for Hyperion Solutions. Ms. William’s professional approach through coaching and repetition has been proven throughout her Sales and Training career. In addition to her sales success Ms. Williams was the 2000-2001 Connecticut State President for Business and Professional Women and had the privilege of being chosen as the State “Young Careerist for 1995” and went on to speak at the National Conference in Tulsa, OK. Gail is also the owner, along with her husband, the Co-Founder of the “1995 Media Award” winning minority magazine, Cultural Connections. Ms. Williams has written and given seminars on “Surfing the Net” and “Effective Time Management”. As VP of Alliance Partnership of ACI Consulting, Gail is responsible for New Business Development for small business and non-profits. Ms. Williams is a member of the Connecticut State University Board of Trustees and serves on the Development and Student Life Committees. Currently Ms. Williams is a member of The Ancell School CEO Forum and the Ancell School Marketing Advisory Board. Gail is the Past President of the Western Connecticut State University Alumni Association, Co-Founder of the Ancell School Alumni Organization, and past member of the Permanent Commission of the Status Women Fifth Congressional District Delegate. In addition, Gail is a current member of the Danbury Symphony Orchestra. Gail’s first accomplishment as an author was an activity and coloring book for children called “Getting to Know Connecticut” and her second book is entitled “Effective Selling Techniques 1.0.1” – a self help book on the art of selling. While at Hyperion Solutions, Ms. Williams designed a 2005 ASTD-APEX Award Winning “Sales Planner” which was designed to assist newly hired employees in ramping up quicker. Ms. Williams resides in Danbury with her husband Greg, son, Shaun and daughter Kimberleigh. In Gail’s spare time she enjoys golfing, exercising; listening to music and playing with her Chow Chow, Dexter.
