RESOLUTION

CONCERNING HUMAN RESOURCES POLICIES

FOR THE CSU CHANCELLOR AND UNIVERSITY PRESIDENTS

OF THE CONNECTICUT STATE UNIVERSITY SYSTEM (Version 1.0)

July 22, 2005

WHEREAS,   The revised Human Resources Policies for Management and Confidential Professional Personnel were approved by the Board on June 14, 2004, and

WHEREAS,   During the course of these policy revisions, it became clear that policies exist that relate specifically to the CSU Chancellor and University Presidents, and

WHEREAS,   An extensive review process has occurred in which suggestions for revision from Management and Confidential Professional Personnel through the Council on Employee Relations and the Council of Presidents were solicited, considered and incorporated wherever possible, therefore, be it

RESOLVED,   That the attached document entitled, Human Resources Policies for The CSU Chancellor and University Presidents of the Connecticut State University System (Version 1.0), is herewith adopted by the Board of Trustees.
